Using our services for websites containing illegal content, spam, malware, or content that violates intellectual property rights.

Attempting to abuse or manipulate search engine algorithms in ways that violate search engine guidelines.

Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized users or allowing others to access your account.

Using our services to optimize websites that promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.

Attempting to circumvent usage limits or restrictions imposed on your account.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee specific SEO results, search engine rankings, or website traffic improvements. Results may vary based on numerous factors outside our control.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OmniGanic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You acknowledge that search engine algorithms and AI platforms change frequently, and we cannot guarantee the continued effectiveness of any optimization strategy.

We are not responsible for any changes made by search engines or AI platforms that may affect your website's performance.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account dashboard or contacting our support team.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to our services or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access and use our services will cease immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

We will provide reasonable notice before termination except in cases involving violations of these Terms or legal requirements.
